Razor, My 2 cents re: internet orders. First, they eliminate long distance 800# expense. Second, through the use of registration, credit cards, and passwords, identification and credit issues are eliminated. This would allow the order and inventory issues to be fully automated. With drop shipping, it looks like big savings to me. IMHO, they would end up needing more accountants than clerks.
