I think that you are raising a good point, and I will modify what I've written and add what your friend wrote, because I think that the points raised are quite valid.

However, I'm still sure that I'm correct about the stock. Since this is a non-reporting company, it is impossible to determine what assets are available with which to launch this "invasion of China". And China seems to be weakening as a market for western products.
