What worries me with DWEB is this; sec.gov this; sec.gov an $8 stock with a .50 book value (not taking into account the above filings), .25 in liquid assests. Convertable preferred shares always scare me away, seems someone always ends up doing that at the wrong time. Maybe the comparison was not fair. Just thought the price was not justified. Then again there are many stocks out there that fall into that category.
