Thanks for the update re P&F -- appreciate knowing where things stand

I am curious as to whether you have done any studies as to the inter-relationship between declines in the utilities and equities in general. My knowledge of this inter-relationship is based primarily on what I have observed over the past decade where a break in utilities has been a pre-cursor of fairly significant corrections. Do you have any additional light to shed on this issue? Also, where you have received sell signals, how often has this occured even as the utilities were performing well -- and vice versa. I am trying to get a sense of the confidence level that one can place on the decline in the DJUA being a warning as to what is to follow in the equities over all.
