SoundWorks International, Inc. Announces Clarification of the Ex-Dividend Date for its
Stock Dividend
SEATTLE, Feb. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- SoundWorks International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin
Board: SOWK) announces a clarification was issued with respect to the previously
announced stock dividend of 4 shares for each share held.
The stock dividend was declared Wednesday, February 10, 1999.
The record date for determining holders to receive stock was the close of business
Thursday, February 11, 1999.
The ex-dividend date for the shares was Friday, February 12, 1999.
Payment of the dividend stock will commence on Tuesday, February 16, 1999.
A spokesman for the Company said the clarification was made because of certain
questions raised about the timing of the previous announcement.
