How does the takeover of FHT affect options? I am currently holding some July 20 Calls and could exercise them and tender the shares for $25, but that takes buying power in my account. I could sell the calls, but the bid is currently 4 5/8, so I'd lose 3/8 this way.

What happens to the calls during the tender offer? Are the calls exercised for cash after the tender? Are the calls just de-listed and if I don't exercise them I lose?

I'm going to look into this and if I find an answer I'll post it, but I thought maybe someone else already knows.
