OT, I have not tried that yet but your suggestion sound logical, sounds like it could be part of the problem. Dell did send me software to try and solve it. I think it has cost me more money in terms of time than anything else. On top of that when you want to hit the sell or buy button while trading and the mouse freezes the screen, well you can imagine the emotions............ Thanks again Probart
