I don't think .20 will get a hit. Called the I/R yesterday. He indicated that a former MM has gotten rid of the last of their shares -- they sold a 200K block Friday afternoon. 10M shares, insiders hold 2.5M, everything else is in the float. They've got multiple deals in progress. Funding will come from a bank loan (non-dilutive). Audited financials in 2 weeks.
