Paul - re: DNB downside scenario. My guess is that the downside on DNB is that they are unsuccessful in selling this unit, returning this stock to 50 - 80 cent land until the Denbridge Digital radar compression / traffic management systems technology division is sold or adds earnings. Binary outcomes are scary, and that uncertainty accounts for the spread in the current market vs. supposed post-deal cash value per DNB share. The other holdings in DNB are small cap public co. positions - Borneo Gold VSE:BNO, Agritek ME:AGK- that are penny stocks that have had their day in the sun a long time ago.
