When I called MGJ, the person I spoke with (not Don) told me that the Greenland property in not in joint venture.
They were expecting results soon from the New Brunswick property, the one with pis in the middle (Nipisquit?)

Other news: the insider trading records show that Richard Atkinson bought 182000 shares @ 55 cents on 1/21/97. He now owns 1.74 million shares.
