What is "voting only" status?

Lololol. It seems that AZNT hopes to convince people that Charlie Kricfalusi worked for the company for quite some time for no compensation other than the right to vote at AZNT shareholder meetings.

I'm not making this up. That really is what they claim in the NexTech suit.
