God has not audibly spoken or raised any prophets for 2000 years.
Why? Because His holy word, the Bible is complete and He has left us with the Holy Spirit for comfort and guidance.
Yes, the Bible seems to contradict itself but only if you do not rightly divide the Word.
Since Paul was given the Gospel of Grace, we are told by him to only follow the Gospel of the Mystery of Grace, lest we be accursed. he made that quite clear, and repeated his warning.
So when Christians try to claim special powers that was given as a sign to the Jews, they create confusion.
Yes, it is a shame that I am a goat and not a sheep .Jesus spoke in many parables so that the Scribes and Pharisees were unable to understand him. He said he was here to save the sinners and not the ones that thought they were Holy and not in need of salvation.
I have had many experiences in my life that I recognize as the leading of the Holy Spirit and not coincidences.
