Ron, with news of the IPO/spinoff expected imminently, I would not be worried about half a point or so. While it is hard to call the downside exactly, it certainly appears minimal in terms of the possible upside.

I, too, am surprised we did not see more upside movement today, but one can see from the recent volume that the sellers are gone and everyone is waiting for the corporate investor/spinoff news which could come any day now.
