Hypermart is a tremendously underappreciated property. If GNET management can execute well on this plan to enhance the value and create a commerce community from these 150,000 web sites, it will be a huge positive for the company.

(The restatement of income is simply a reflection of new SEC guidelines. Many other companies, such as RNWK, have made the same restatement recently. Think of it sort of like MSFT's deferred revenues--it's a positive for future revenue and should help smooth out income over time.)
