Have you noticed that there are very few non-internet acquisitions by internet companies ? This is because shareholders of non-internet companies will not like being paid with hyper-inflated currency..

Interest in MKTW is negligible. It is a marginal internet player and will never be a major player. If it is valued using SPLN as a basis, MKTW should be less than half of its current price. Over time, it will reach this level.
