Hi Hart,

1) The mailing date for the AR is Feb 18, 1999.
2) Annual Report info is scheduled to go on
our homepage within a couple days of the SEDAR
filing/ mail date.
3) First quarter results expected within the next
two weeks, waiting for draft from the CFO this week.
4) Sorry, can't give you an opinion on delays in
financial reportings, all I can point out is that the company
has been within regulatory quidelines and is working on
expediting the reporting process.
5) Within the last year, the TSE published a policy
advising companies to limit their participation on
discussion threads. A lot of TSE companies then
discontinued their participation in these threads.
Since then, I have been advised from sources
including news and quote providers and another
discussion thread (not SI) that this guideline will
be extended to other exchanges, including the
ASE.
6) I can't provide a sales estimate on this thread
because it would be selective disclosure. The order
backlog is also not really reflective of sales because the
cycles can be very short - ie, 27 days or less. So
orders do not necessarily accumulate in a backlog.
We do have internal sales targets that are formulated
by surveying our sales force and distributors, taking their
contracts under negotiation and making probability
adjustments. We are reviewing these targets and
deriving a conservative number which we can
share with the market.
