Everyone feel free to call me He Who Knows Least about the technical side of ERP's but I'll offer this, FWIW (and things like this are worth a lot to me when I'm looking at an investment):

I had lunch with a good friend of mine last week. He's a senior-level accounting manager for an international, NYSE-traded company; medium-size as NYSE companies go. Diverse operations and locations. I won't ID them without asking 'em.

I knew they were doing a major overhaul of their accounting systems and that they used some JDEC products. Asked him how the project was going and if the company liked the JDEC products, support, etc. His response was a straight-out *yes; are now, always have been*. They are very satisfied with the app's, the support, the implementation, etc. This guy would tell me if they weren't.
