Mary, I read a few (hundred) posts on the Dell thread last night to get a feel for what's going on. That place is a love-in/cult like nothing since, what, Woodstock? Some poor guy dropped in with a Dell PC stability problem and got landed on like a ton of bricks. Talk of class action lawsuits or worse abounds, like cement boots and a swim in the SF Bay or something for Dan Niles of BancBoston Robertson Stephens who made "the call" on Friday re Dell.

In your experience, have you known of a stock that's so "loved" (can't think of a better word) and fawned over as this one? And, what happens if things start to cave a little, like they have to with Dell. Can't keep 50% growth is a commodity market forever.

Just thinking.

Tony
