Thread, I strongly feel that Deswell needs a US presence - at least a sales office. Nothing beats personal contact. Even better if they could pick up a small ECM with good sales. This morning I sent a message to Deswell about a company called EA Industries (EAIN) as a possible acquisition or majority position buy-in. I would appreciate any research or input you all might have on it. I have covered the basics - profile, SEC filings, etc. - but can find very little about who they do business with, what products they are making, etc. - I know, call them. I want to know as much as I can before I do. Anyone in or near NJ? sec.gov biz.yahoo.com quote.yahoo.com There may be others like this. TIA, Ron
