There were a lot of problems with this stock which is delisted. Some bought it when it was $36, not sure what price has to do with "quality". The low price stocks can be played for good profits. But you have to be fast on your feet, They aren't for the beginner or those with day jobs. The biggest moves both ways can come from them. Run a scan from a year ago and check the ROC of any stock below 5 or a ROC above 100% in last 21 days. Point is, you have to keep your finger on the button, but if it moves right, it moves.

Bottom fishing and penny stocks aren't the way to good results, but there is not much safety in high prices. Depends on what you buy and how much. I like the area between $10-30.
