Hey GKS and Dave: Why the Hell did you think that I said not to "buy" before 10 a.m.? Here's the reason:

I wanted buyers on SI to get a good price for EPAY. Obviously, with the good news all weekend the MMs were going to mark-up the price at the opening bell. They always do!
