Hi to all,

I have been following this stock since it divvied off its other assets. I attended a Bank of Nova Scotia conference where they had NOR listed as its number 1 pick for the year. They cited limited downside, good dividend, and cost cutting measures as 3 reasons to own this stock.

Just thought I'd throw it out there for whomever is listening..
