Ron, Aren't there new incentives in China for foreign acquisitions? I agree with you re sales presence. I have scanned the various posts. From what I can gather K&K is barely profitable, with serious margin pressure. Jetcrown is going gangbusters, still. I think the impact of Mita will still be felt this Q, but DSWLF may have some special order work soon from Mita to make up. Very disappointed w/earnings--I am suprised that they didnt release an earnings warning. Re dividend: If they earn $2.20 for year, I would expect a dividend of ~$.75. So, no special this year.
