Level II data is available for testing on CSW. If you have NASDAQ stocks in your portfolio, click on the symbol to get a detail page, then click on the Market Depth link. Or type the symbol to get a detail quote, and then click on Market Depth again.

BTW, Keith as an current customer your pricing structure does not need to change unless you want it to.
