Faber laid out the terms of the reeorginization that this company is going to have to go through if it's not bought out. (and he made it clear that there was nothing firm behind any rumours) After the creditors were paid off, there wasn't much left for anyone holding the stock.

It was a very well laid out presentation...he may end up being wrong, but if he does, it won't be for lack of doing his homework
