RE taking possession of certificates: I tried this before with SEXI. Jack White Brokers said it would take approx. THIRTY DAYS to get them, that I could not trade them during this period, and that there was a fee to get them.

Don't know about the other brokers, but mine sure makes it almost impossible...unless someone is willing to forego any trades in that stock during that lengthy period--a risk most cannot take.
