Considered & rejected? I doubt either. What's their strategy now? They have none - their 'settlement' last year seems to have backfired.
It's time to start pulling out absurd defenses. Absurd seems to be what jurors demand these days for an acquital. After all, were talking about jury's composed primarily of subhumans who don't belong in the judicial process because they probably couldn't pass a high-school level aptitude test. Anyone who can't figure out a good excuse to get out of jury duty anyway is questionable, and I don't want these yahoos breaking companies with their outlandish decisions.
Just let the supreme court decide, for crissakes.
