I think all ALLP investors that is certainly a cause of concern. The market would value the stock effectively at book value if it were not a concern. In my opinion potential reward outweighs the risks at these prices. Investor Relations will tell you that they are in negotiations with some large drug companies with respect to arranging new financing. They believe that they will be able to do it better terms once Oxygent Phase III are initiated in US, and some preliminary results on Liquivent are available. I think the NDA for Imagent is expected some time this year - they certainly have enough cash to see that submitted for FDA approval.
