Tom, you are a nice man.
Jacob family don't have to play this conversion game. They can let ALU own 100% f*.com. Since they are largest shareholders of ALU, they will benefit from a successful f*.com IPO as well as other ALU shareholders, like you and me. The only reason they play this conversion game is that they want more shares of f*.com (or say, they want other ALU share holders has less shares of f*.com). I am not blaming them. I just wonder how much they really want.
