Wrong. You are very in favor of social engineering that provides full access to career ladders for women. Your contention has been that through the natural evolution of traditional roles which are stagnant, women have been short changed in a dynamically changing society and culture. Your ideas in the face of changing what is and protecting the social fix as you want it to be.
