Paul, I honestly have trouble with the double-think that goes on. I used to be a logic designer - now a systems engineer - and when there is a logical disconnect, it drives me nuts.

This is particularly telling when AMD has an allergic reaction to any speed over 400 MHz. But I guess that's no problem when AMD MHz are good and Intel MHz are "who cares". It must be fun working with five valued logic (true, it would be good for AMD if it were true, it might be true, it's true but Intel stole the idea, it hasn't definitely been proven not true). I guess it's a variant of fuzzy set theory and fuzzy logic (invented by Lofti Zadeh back when I was in graduate school in the 60s). Convenient for argumentation but tricky to use successfully in the real world.
