Yes, Donna things are encouraging and from good sources. People are selling their profits away to the MM's and I feel sorry for them and just before they make some serious money. Does everyone know what is going and what is going on with the Vegas property. The Ritz Carlton and other beautiful properties are going up all around this property as well as other timeshares. Also,the financing is not like a bridge loan this is to cover all costs and expenses and outstanding obligations as well keep them well capitalized for enough time to execute. Do your homework and make your own decisions. But I am buying and will not let the MM's take my profits.
