Well, the way I see it, Jobs has already had a HUGE impact on corporate America. Maybe it's not Steve who needs to change to accommodate the suits, but the suits (those who are left) who need to accommodate Steve. After all, Steve has the goods; money talks, suckers walk.
Even if this Disney/Pixar/Apple deal is pure bunk, exploring the pros and cons of such a merger does provide a useful catalyst for thinking about the ways technology and entertainment are constantly combining.
