Susan Smith was a self serving, rapacious, little shit who saw her chance of marrying into money going out the window and did the one thing she could think of to salvage that relationship.

Really? I must have missed that. I thought the trial was somehow related to abuse.... it made no sense, there was no history etc. So she killed her 2 kids for money then? Life insurance?
