OptiSystems Announces Strategic Alliance with Reliant Global
NAPLES, Fla., Feb. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- OptiSystems Solutions Ltd. (Nasdaq: OPTLF - news and OPTWF - news), a global leader in enterprise application performance management software and the producer of Energizer PME for R/3, today announced its first strategic partnership with Reliant Global Services LLC, a leading consultant in information technology, to provide optimization tools and consulting services to clients using SAP R/2 and R/3 systems.
The partnership, which Reliant projects at approximately $2.4 million in Energizer PME for R/3 sales in 1999, will provide sales leads and referrals for both companies. Reliant will be reseller for PME solutions for OptiSystems in the central United States. Once PME trained and certified, they will be in a position to provide technical services to OptiSystems clients throughout the United States.

OptiSystems has established a new Partner Program, designed to expand marketing outlets and generate sales leads through partnerships with other information technology consultants and providers. Reliant is the first partner in this program, however the company will continue to actively seek additional partners to supplement the revenue generated by its own direct sales force.
