Here's another bad sign! Notice the part about chargebacks. This in combination with their current EPS does not look good. SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb 5 (Reuter) - Allegro New Media Inc said on Wednesday that it has reduced its employee count by about 20 percent. Included in the consolidation were the operations of recently acquired subsidiaries Serif Inc and Serif (Europe) Ltd. A company spokesman was not immediately available to say whether the company would be booking a charge for the reduction. 09:02 02-05-97
