Dear fma: Well, too bad they cant refinance or pay off TANDEM debt by 3/31. My recollection is that will cost us another 375,000 warrants at current market price on 3/31 which so far doest look like it will be that high.
As to number of employees I am confused. As of 2/12 they had 630 per their email to me. Mangan will add 70. Are you saying they expect to get to 820? And if so is that by 12/31/99 or 6/30/99? I guess it cant by 6/30 if 820 is the goal. JDN
