The net rule, imo, applies to all short sale requirement which include, but are not limited to (gotta love the law degree) 1. affirmative determination 2. borrowing stock 3. uptick, upbid rule ask your broker ifyou can email them a list in the am withstocks to borrow for the session. We provide that service. Clients email me their lists...i borrow them for the day whether they use them or not. -steve@yamner.com
