But then again, if you ever see something more than "talk", this stock would not be at $4. Risk ... reward. Risk ... reward. I'm willing to risk a bit now. This stock will at least bump up on news of successful acquisition of Antenna by end of this month. "Design and development of InnovaCom's DVImpact MPEG-2 encoder, introduced in September, continue close to target and we expect sampling in the April-May 1997 period with a substantial volume of risk production wafers at that time," Koz said. Any idea what "substantial volume of risk production wafers" means? I'm assuming it equates with "test run". So even if Koz is off by a half year before a full-fledged MPEG-2 encoder is available, that is a one-year lead on what NEC promises, promises, promises. Although I can't really trash talk NEC because my dad worked for them when we were in Japan. -Bill
