Apple's Debt has been restructured for six months now. For many years then company did not see long term debt as an opportunity for R&D or growth. Since August, they had less than 3/4 billion in long termloans. The 600 million loan is due/convertible by 2001 or when the price reaches $29. With Next and Accouts Payable write off, the company has less than .5 billion in net Cash So, as far as Assets go, they have roughly 3.5 billion net worth. Now with a volatility of NEGATIVE 40% we get the current price. Do not forget that the Assets will decrease by 20% next year and sales by 30%. Wall Street estimates/forecast that Apple will be DEAD within a year or two by setting the price at the current levels. God help us all and especially Amelio.
