Look, NAVR has 67 thousand in cash, 81 Millions in A/R which exceeds the Q revenues by far.... and when you read the comments on "Liquitiy" they basically outline the use of 26.9M cash in operating activities. Where do they get additional cash? They have a $45M bank borrowing facility but of which 19M appears to be borrowed yet. Another 1998 and they have to think over a new financing... C.
