Assuming that the $1.80 earning are correct, your analysis of the price of RSYS is consistant with my view. However, of greater importance are the so called earning surprises which affect stock prices in the short term. RSYS is prone to positive earning surprises. I think that is why it was run up to the '70s a couple of months ago. I suggest that the $ 1.80 figure is based upon poor information and that the 'wisper forcast" is somewhere in the $ 2.50 range.
