I emailed David Reingold, Senior VP Investors Relations and stated my concern that Computer Horizons is still considered a Y2K company and this can be negative in the minds of some analysts.

Also the company has a very reasonable PE with still a solid growth despite Y2K declining revenues. All the IT companies including KEA will experience a decline in Y2k business. When KEA released their earnings I didn't see anyone complain that their Y2K business will decline - they just glossed it over .

I didn't listen to the conference , but it seems to me that if the stock price drops its an advantage to the company that is initiating a stock buy back program !
