frank-- well we have a DSLAM that seems to work well with everyones equipment. we have a profitable business (with the removal of the money losing ADSL CPE business), and great growth potential in teleconferencing. then there are the alliances...those are worth a lot what you consider that if ALA bid for the company, LU might make a rival offer just to keep ALA from getting DLC technology. its a crap shoot, but maybe 12-15/share. good luck to all, trey
