I'd be willing to speculate that he has not been suspended or booted because the posts that were removed were legal documents. I'd imagine that SI's lawyers will or already have been on the telephone to Mr. Solomont's law firm regarding their (SI's) legal position. Mr. Solomont identified two individuals that he believes are behind the aliases of Rico and Spider based on credit card information he received from SI. But there's nothing to link the credit card info with whoever is pushing the keys on the keyboard, so I think that SI has taken the correct stance for now.
