Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Pyng Technologies Corp. is pleased to
announce that subsidiary Pyng Medical Corp. has been requested to
supply, by contract, training materials, videos, and F.A.S.T. 1
Systems for the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda,
Maryland for the US Military. The infield use of the F.A.S.T. 1
System for Intraosseous Infusion will be taught as part of the
Operational and Medical Skills Course attended by incoming Ranger
and Special Forces Medics, Air Force Para-rescuemen, Navy Seal
Corpsmen, as well as Foreign Services personnel.

Pyng Medical Corp., as previously announced, has also been
requested by the US Military to train the Special Operations
Command Instructors on the use of the F.A.S.T. 1 at the Joint
Operations Medical Training Center, US Army John F Kennedy Special
Warfare Center and School located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Pyng Medical Corp. and the US Military have re -scheduled the
training sessions to March 17th- 20th 1999 in order to accommodate
both groups. These training sessions represent a major step
forward in advancing the F.A.S.T. 1 System into the US Military as
both the Uniformed Services University and the John F. Kennedy
Special Warfare Center and School are the premier training centers
for all Special Operations Command.

Pyng Medical Corp. has worked extensively with the US Military in
developing the F.A.S.T. 1 System that will save lives, and time in
a battlefield environment.  We are also working equally hard in
the civilian marketplace where each week, through our field
trials, we see more and more uses of the F.A.S.T. 1 in civilian
emergency hospitals and ambulance services.
