Pyng Medical Requested to Supply, by Contract, Training Materials, Videos, and F.A.S.T. 1 Systems for the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Pyng Technologies Corp. is pleased to announce that subsidiary Pyng Medical Corp. has been requested to supply, by contract, training materials, videos, and F.A.S.T. 1 Systems for the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland for the US Military. The infield use of the F.A.S.T. 1 System for Intraosseous Infusion will be taught as part of the Operational and Medical Skills Course attended by incoming Ranger and Special Forces Medics, Air Force Para-rescuemen, Navy Seal Corpsmen, as well as Foreign Services personnel.
Pyng Medical Corp., as previously announced, has also been requested by the US Military to train the Special Operations Command Instructors on the use of the F.A.S.T. 1 at the Joint Operations Medical Training Center, US Army John F Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
Pyng Medical Corp. and the US Military have re -scheduled the training sessions to March 17th- 20th 1999 in order to accommodate both groups. These training sessions represent a major step forward in advancing the F.A.S.T. 1 System into the US Military as both the Uniformed Services University and the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School are the premier training centers for all Special Operations Command.
Pyng Medical Corp. has worked extensively with the US Military in developing the F.A.S.T. 1 System that will save lives, and time in a battlefield environment. We are also working equally hard in the civilian marketplace where each week, through our field trials, we see more and more uses of the F.A.S.T. 1 in civilian emergency hospitals and ambulance services.
