Back on topic, I spoke with the shareholder group on the 10th, and I thought I would pass along what I've learned. As you may or may not know, the shareholder group, (no, not the Lanza's), has received permission to have a shareholder meeting. I was told that proxies would be sent out in 10 days, I guess that means 4 days left. The meeting will take place in Pasedena, for those of you in the area. Once that is done, current management will be voted out, and new voted in. Next on their agenda is to try to rescind the judges decision and get back control of Select Switch. I don't believe current management will fight the meeting, as they have all gone on to other jobs. One more interesting point to note, Transtech (aka. Dennis Casey) is still running Select Switch operations. I was also told that he is working side deals with Sprint on other bases. I don't think I need to tell all of you attorneys on the board that it is a conflict of interest to say the least.. Anyway, just thought you would like to know.. Mario Lanza
