Yes, SPCT may be cheap but for me to buy any stock, it must qualify for the follwing rules I set for it;

1) company must make money;

2) company has high share holder equity;

3) company must have little or no debt;

4) company must have high gross margin;

5) company must have increasing gross margin from quarter to quarter.

6) company must have strong revenue growth;

7) company must have increasing earning per share from quarter 96' to same quarter 97';

8) company must beat estimate earning.

On the above basis, I can not buy SPCT no matter how cheap it is. People have tried to sell me stocks like CAWS and I am not interested at all.

I want to go to bed and feel totally secure with my stocks and not worry about it.

I just added more PWAV today and add AURM to my total holding due to beating estimate and two BUY upgrades this afternoon. You should take a look.
