The float is rigged and subject to frequent short squeezes. Personally, I'm waiting for FDA rejection, at which point the game is over. If you follow a lot of scam stocks...you'll notice this odd behavior frequently, where bad news actually seems to send a stock higher, but over the long run the truth is always reflected in the stock price.
