MM, this is not the first time you've posted a dog. NWCM is a fraud spun out of another fraud AURA. Check the news on POS AURA, the parent of NWCM, you will see yet another SEC fraud investigation started on 1/26/99. As for NWCM, it is a Joseph Charles (bucket shop) deal, that back in 97, claimed it had some super set-top box (which never shipped). Both of these companies are pure crap. Buyer Beware!
